Required Update to Login Credentials

Beginning September 10 all ADA members will be required to update their login credentials.

Next month, the American Dental Association (ADA) is upgrading its technology to a modern system that will enable the ADA, WSDA and your local dental society to deliver additional value to our members through a more streamlined experience and enhanced services and support.

As part of this upgrade, beginning September 10, there will be changes to all members’ login credentials for their membership account. Members do not need to do anything prior to September 10.

  • Beginning September 10, your ADA Number will no longer be used for login. Instead, you will use your unique (only used by you) email address and password to access your membership account.

  • To review or update the email address currently used for your membership account, click here. Your new email must be unique (only used by you).

  • On or after September 10, you will need to change your password. On or after this date, when you click “login” on ADA.org, wsda.org and many local dental society websites, you will see a new login screen and a prompt to login with your email address and reset your password.

  • From September 3–9, you will not be able to change your account information, receive new products and services, register for ADA events, or purchase products or register for events through most state and local society websites.

The ADA has created an FAQ page to address common questions about changes to member login credentials.
